How do I sign up for Daily List Price?
We will be contacting all eligible customers in due course, however if you wish to move on to Daily List Pricing sooner, please click on the “Contact Us” link at the foot of this article, select Daily List Price from the General list, and confirm your account details to us.

How do I change back to pump pricing?
