Yes, dependent on the date of the voucher and if the fuel card is still active. Manual vouchers can only be accepted where the transaction was processed within the last 30 days and if the fuel card is still active.
The fastest and most efficient way to ensure a transaction is valid and payment is made quickly (if you cannot process the transaction via your terminal) is to process the transaction through Fleet Card Online. This will provide you with immediate authorisation and guarantee that the payment is in your next payment run.
