Summary: A quick tour of the FleetCard Connect dashboard and main menu, so you know where everything is.
When you sign in, you’ll land on the dashboard. The main menu is at the top of every page.
The dashboard
The dashboard gives you a quick view of your account. It shows:
- Account Overview: your balance and available credit limit.
- Payment Overview: your next payment date and amount.
- Spend by Month: a bar chart of total spend per month, with each bar split into fuel types.
- Spend by Fuel Brand: a chart showing each fuel brand’s share of total spend.
The main menu
| Menu item | What you can do there |

| Dashboard | See your account at a glance. |
| Cards | Order, manage, cancel and update cards, manage card PINs and cost centres. |
| Activity | Search, filter and download transactions, fuel spend and odometer. Also, check the daily fuel type by state. |
| Accounts | Manage your account details, add-on services, users and authorised contacts. |
| Billing | View and download invoices and statements in detail. |
| Help and Resources | Go to the Help Centre, check the User Guide or contact us. |
