How can I check on delivery of my card?

Access Fleet Card Online by selecting Login on the top right of this page, then tap ‘Cards’ and locate the card.

 

Check the date next to Card dispatched. If we have sent your card by express post or courier, there will be a tracking number beneath the card details which you can use to track the delivery.

 

Please allow up to 10 working days for your card delivery. If you still haven’t received your card, you should contact us as soon as possible by selecting Contact Support at the bottom of this page. Then select ‘General Query‘ and choose ‘Recent Card order’.
