You can easily cancel/terminate a card from within Fleet Card Online. Firstly select Login on the top right of this page, then tap Cards.

From within the Cards tab, locate the card and select ‘Terminate Card’ from the Action dropdown menu. Fill in the form – select a termination reason, then click Terminate card.

If you choose a termination reason which has a (10), the card will remain active for 10 days before cancellation.

If you need a card to be terminated immediately, choose the reason as “Vehicle Sold” or “Vehicle Stolen”.
