I have an invoice that needs payment, what do I do?

Send us a copy of the invoice by clicking Contact Support at the bottom of this page, then select ‘Merchant Query’ and ‘Transaction Authorisation’.

  • If the invoice is over 3 months old, we will require approval from the account holder.  
  • If the fuel card is no longer active then we will provide you with the company details to contact the customer directly for payment.
