How can I get a terminal to process a Fleet Card transaction?

Firstly, you need to be set up as a merchant with us. If you have not yet done so, please click here: Joining our Network

If you already are a Merchant with us and have a new terminal, then submit the terminal ID for all the terminals on your site by logging into Fleet Card Online. From within Fleet Card Online select ‘Contact Us’ and submit the details.

Alternatively, if you have documents to attach, click Contact Support at the bottom of this page, then select ‘Merchant Query‘ to submit your request.
